How to Download E-mails to view read and edit them later
Yes it is possible, I will give suggestions of two software's to you which can be used to download emails for you and you can view them later and even you can create draft emails and put them in your outbox to send them later. This technique is good for people who don't have a permanent internet connection or they use dial internet modem.
- List of software's that can be used for downloading emails.
- On the top is Microsoft Office Outlook 2007 or you can even use the latest Microsoft Office 2010.
- The second one is Windows Outlook Express but it old in Microsoft Windows XP and have not greater capabilities so I recommend you to use Microsoft Office Outlook 2007, I am also using that software.
- If you are a hotmail customer than no problem but if you are using yahoo, or gmail or any other e mail account than you have to enter the server settings for downloading but hotmail server settings are automatically detected and you have to enter only username and password along with your name to create an account in your Microsoft Outlook so that it can be used to download email messages for you. It works just like your hotmail account.
